Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Your Data. Your Rights. Our Responsibility.

SIMPLETRADES is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes in precise detail how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your data. We enforce a strict zero commercial data sale policy: your information is never sold to third parties under any circumstances.

Section 01

Precise Categories of Information & Data We Collect

To provide uninterrupted platform access, enforce license authentication, and securely process recurring subscription transactions, SIMPLETRADES collects the following distinct categories of personal and technical data:

Identity & Communication Parameters: Complete legal name, active email addresses, operational billing addresses, account preferences, and communication history with our support team.

Financial Processing Vectors: Payment method details, credit or debit card tokens, and subscription transaction logs are collected and encrypted exclusively through isolated, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant financial processing institutions (e.g., Stripe, Inc.). SIMPLETRADES does not store, cache, or retain raw financial account credentials, full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking access parameters within its primary application database at any time.

Technical System Diagnostics: Internet Protocol (IP) address pathways, browser type and version, operating system details, device identifiers, referring URLs, geolocation data (derived from IP), and localized cookie sequences monitoring subscriber session durations, page interactions, and platform engagement metrics.

Platform Behavioral Data: Signal interaction history, feature usage patterns, subscription upgrade activity, support ticket submissions, and platform access timestamps, collected for the purposes of service improvement, abuse detection, and license compliance monitoring.

Section 02

Purpose of Processing & Data Utilization Vectors

SIMPLETRADES processes collected personal data strictly for the following lawful and necessary operational purposes:

Account Authentication & Access Management: Verifying subscriber identity, validating subscription entitlement status, enforcing single-user license terms, and detecting unauthorized multi-session access or credential sharing.

Service Delivery & Signal Distribution: Routing structured real-time signal alerts, delivering weekly market analysis reports, transmitting platform notifications, and maintaining the reliability and performance of core service delivery infrastructure.

Billing & Subscription Administration: Processing recurring subscription payments, managing billing cycle renewals, issuing transaction confirmations, resolving payment disputes, and maintaining auditable financial records in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Platform Security & Anti-Piracy Enforcement: Identifying, investigating, and neutralizing active content piracy networks, unauthorized data scraping operations, credential abuse patterns, and other violations of our Terms of Service and intellectual property covenants.

Analytics & Service Improvement: Monitoring aggregate, anonymized traffic performance across web domains, analyzing feature adoption patterns, and conducting internal research to improve the quality, accuracy, and relevance of our Services.

Legal Compliance: Complying with applicable federal, state, and international legal obligations, regulatory requirements, court orders, and lawful governmental requests.

Section 03

Zero Commercial Data Sale Policy & Third-Party Integrations

SIMPLETRADES explicitly enforces an absolute, unconditional zero-sale policy with respect to all subscriber data. We do not sell, rent, monetize, license, lease, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal contact profiles, financial identifiers, technical identities, or operational activity records to any marketing brokers, data aggregators, advertising networks, or promotional organizations under any circumstances.

Subscriber data is disclosed exclusively to the following carefully vetted, contractually obligated third-party infrastructure partners, solely to the extent necessary to operate and deliver the Services:

Stripe, Inc.: PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, subscription billing management, and fraud detection infrastructure. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy.

Transactional Email Services (e.g., SendGrid, Postmark): Secure delivery of account verification emails, subscription confirmations, signal notification emails, and platform communications.

Analytics Infrastructure (e.g., Google Analytics): Aggregated, anonymized web traffic analysis and platform performance monitoring. No personally identifiable information is transmitted to analytics providers.

Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure Providers: Secure, encrypted hosting of platform data within SOC 2 compliant cloud environments. All hosting partners are contractually bound to process data solely under our instructions.

All third-party partners are carefully screened for compliance with applicable data protection standards and are prohibited from using subscriber data for any purpose beyond the specific services they provide to SIMPLETRADES.

Section 04

Data Protection, Security Infrastructure & Transmission Risk

SIMPLETRADES deploys industry-standard security measures to protect subscriber information against unauthorized access, accidental disclosure, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized exploitation, including:

Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) cryptographic protocols for all data in transit between subscriber devices and SIMPLETRADES servers. AES-256 encryption standards for sensitive data at rest within our database infrastructure. Systematic database access controls, role-based permission architectures, and multi-factor authentication requirements for all internal administrative access. Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing procedures conducted by qualified third-party security professionals.

Notwithstanding these measures, no method of electronic data transmission over open internet channels, and no method of digital data storage, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure against all possible threats. The User explicitly acknowledges and accepts that any personal data transmitted to or from the Platform occurs under the User's own risk profile, and that SIMPLETRADES cannot provide an absolute warranty of complete transmission security.

In the event of a confirmed data security breach that materially affects subscriber personal data, SIMPLETRADES will provide timely notification to affected subscribers in accordance with applicable breach notification laws.

Section 05

Material Regulatory Disclosures: California (CCPA) & International Users

California Residents (CCPA): Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and its implementing regulations, California residents retain the following specific rights with respect to their personal information: the right to know what categories of personal information are collected and how they are used; the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected; the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (SIMPLETRADES does not sell personal information); and the right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom & Switzerland (GDPR): Where applicable, individuals in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland retain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent national legislation, including: the right of access to personal data; the right to rectification of inaccurate data; the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"); the right to restriction of processing; and the right to data portability. Our lawful basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract (delivering the Services), legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

All official data rights requests, including requests for data access, correction, export, or deletion, must be submitted in writing to our designated data privacy contact. SIMPLETRADES will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. Please note that if a deletion request materially impairs our ability to maintain required subscription authentication, billing records, or license validation systems, the affected subscription access profile may be terminated in connection with the deletion.

Section 06

Data Retention, Cookies & Subscriber Control

Data Retention: SIMPLETRADES retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, maintain active subscription relationships, comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory retention obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Following account termination or subscription cancellation, personal data is retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for financial and compliance record-keeping purposes, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies: The Platform uses essential cookies necessary for authentication, session management, and security; functional cookies to remember user preferences and settings; and analytical cookies (which may be disabled) to understand aggregate usage patterns. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may impair your ability to access certain Platform features.

Subscriber Control: Active subscribers may review and update their account information at any time through their account dashboard. Requests to close an account or delete personal data may be submitted to our support team. SIMPLETRADES will process such requests in accordance with our data retention obligations and applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Governing Authority: This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and is interpreted in accordance with applicable federal privacy legislation.
